“ The cafe is lovely, the main reason to come here is for its cake and ice cream, but also the absolutely stunning setting it’s in makes a visit here totally worth it. ”
“ Had a great snack with my daughter and dogs. The service was amazing. My daughter was given crayons to do some drawings and dogs were also given a treat as well. Would highly recommend. ”
“ Lovely little place and a great location for a walk. Best cafe on the river. Excellent decaf latte and the home made veggie ‘sausage’ rolls are delicious. The cakes are home made and it’s great not to have the usual pre made cakes. Very dog friendly! ”
“ This is the place. Great any day, unbeatable on a sunny day, down by the river, with great views. Good food, drink, and the best ice-cream. Friendly staff. Go on enjoy yourself. 5* ”
“ Snugburys is one of those hidden gems in Chester, most people will stop before the bridge and buy their drinks and ice creams from one of the generic cabins, those who adventure that little further find Snugburys with its amazing ice cream, great cakes and lovely coffee all right by the river. They have loads of outside seating and if you want to sit inside you will find big and small tables. The toilet should win awards and the staff are always super friendly. I would recommend you find this gem in Chester and give it a try. ”
“ Very pleasant hour having a light bite to eat followed by some delicious ice cream. We sat outside this time as the weather was gorgeous. Great place to eat and have a cuppa whilst people watching. ”
